By subscribing to our fee protection service, you are protected against the additional fees that would be incurred in engaging us to defend you or your company, should you be the subject of a full investigation by HM Revenue & Customs.

• Our fee protection service, or tax investigations service as it is sometimes known, is fully backed by an Insurance Policy which we have taken out with Merkel Tax. We are able to make a claim in respect of the fees which we accrue when we defend a client who has subscribed to the service.
