• Access to FreeAgent online accounting system,
• Quarterly review and submission of VAT figures,
• Preparation of your company’s statutory financial statements,
• Preparation of filleted financial statements for submission to Companies House,
• Dealing with all company tax matters, including preparing and submitting your company tax return to HM Revenue & Customs,
• Preparation and submission of your company’s return of expenses form P11D(b) where necessary,
• Dealing with monthly payroll for up to 2 Directors, including making the necessary electronic returns to HMRC under Real Time Information, advising you of the PAYE and National Insurance due where necessary, and provision of form P60 at the end of the tax year,
• Dealing with company secretarial matters, including preparing your Companies House confirmation statement and acting as your company’s registered office.
